Budgeting your Wedding Flowers
We know budget is where most couples like to start, so we have created a quick blog post to give you a sense of $$$.
For quick reference, a $5000 budget gives you enough room to have a feature or two, plus other essentials like bouquets and boutonnieres. Of course, it all depends the most on you two, what you are planning, and what elements are most important to you!
In terms of planning, we are advocates of having a definitive budget. Yes, it can feel uncomfortable to talk about it but we are advocates of setting a budget and sticking to it. We also want to make sure we provide you with the best recommendations possible to make the most of your money.
Note, we do have a minimum of $1000.

Seasonal Floral Archway
Archways are one of the most variable design elements and there are lots of options in terms of budget. $900 guide cost allows for an archway filled 'half' with seasonal florals and foliage. Archway set-up and pack down are in addition and will be calculated when we provide a formal quote. $900
The cost of an installation depends on (1) the length of the piece (2) the fullness (3) whether we use floral or just foliage. Labour and installation charges as well as pack-down are estimated separately and not included in this guide price. $1200 price is for an average sized installation 2 - 3 meters in length using foliage only.
Bridal Table Feature
This is a front-facing installation that sits at the front of a horizontal table, where you and your partner are seated at the reception. $1000
Floral Tablescape (Guest Tables)
Our most common set-up, which may include a mixture of bud vases, tea lights and pillar candles. For full impact, we suggest one collection per 8 - 10 guests. $250 per collection
Delicate collection of blooms to adorn two-tiered cake. All flowers individually wired for easy placement. $60
Your calculated total is a guide price. This does not comprise a formal quote. Delivery, set-up, pack-down and hire costs are over and above this estimated cost and often add another $500 - $2000 to the cost. Every venue has its own policies regarding set-up timing and pack-down requirements. Labour charges will be included on your formal quote, following your phone consultation.
